He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, CUM LAUDE, from Endicott College in Boston, Massachusetts. He has studied government at Harvard University as well as international affairs at the American University of Paris.
He was the only Mexican from the 2011 cohort accepted into the Negotiation Program at Harvard Law School. He holds a diploma in Strategic Political Analysis from CIDE and a diploma in Difficult Negotiations from the Harvard Negotiation Institute.
He earned a Master’s degree in Political Management from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He has been recognized by Líderes magazine in the United States as one of the most outstanding Latinos in Washington, D.C., and has been listed among the 300 most influential leaders in Mexico. He is currently the first migrant deputy in the Congress of Mexico City.
