Gina Andrea Cruz Blackledge (Mexicali, Baja California; July 8, 1969) is a Mexican politician and lawyer, member of the National Action Party. She has been a federal deputy twice and has been a senator for the state of Baja California since September 1, 2018.

In 2007, she was elected deputy to the 19th Legislature of the Congress of the State of Baja California, which she presided over and in which she also held the presidency of the Finance and Public Credit Commission. At the end of this term, from 2011 to 2013, she served as the Consul of Mexico in the city of Calexico, California, and from 2013 to 2015, she was the director of the Institute of Art and Culture of the municipality of Mexicali.

In 2015, she was nominated and elected for the second time as a federal deputy through proportional representation to the 63rd Legislature, where she served as president of the Finance and Public Credit Commission and as a member of the Commissions of Population, Budget and Public Accounts, Foreign Relations, and Monitoring of the Special Concurrent Program.
